A complete Gelato Coolbox consists of :

  • the Coolbox
  • cooling elements
  • holder for the cooling elements
  • 2 Gelato polyethylene tubs 7 liter

A special patented technology has been developed to be able to serve the ice cream for 6 hours without using a power outlet. The special cooling elements fit around the tubes. The cooling elements must be frozen at -20°C.
