Cooling Elements for presentation, transport and distribution of fresh or frozen products. Blue, smooth polyetheylene surface, suitable for direct contact with food.

The cooling elements replace uneasy (melting) ice and reduce chance of bacteria formation. The cooling elements are filled with an eutectic cooling gel, no eutectic liquid, no water. Since they are filled completely (thus having no hollow space), they freeze evenly and can even be placed in the freezer in any position (vertical or horizontal). These elements are also easy to clean and dishwasher safe up to 85°C. 

For a perfect operation, each cooling element must be frozen overnight on a temperature of about 5 to 7°C lower than the given freezing point of the plate.
