  • Meant for use in thermoboxes, keeps the temperature between 0 and 4°C for 3 to 4 hours long, thanks to the eutectic plate. 
  • You are to freeze the element before use at -18°C for about a day (24 hours) or until the element is frozen solid. 
  • You can check if the element is frozen by shaking it. If you do not notice movement inside the element, then it is ready for use.
